The Miserables

STARING INTO THE SUN
EYES MELTING DOWN,
FROM DARKNESS TO LIGHT
FROM BLINDNESS TO VISIBILITY
HE TRAVERSED A LONG WAY

SUBMERGED IN PAIN HE WAS
NOW BREATHES LIFE
MIRRORS WHAT IT WANTS TO BE
LIKE MIRAGE AS REALITY CAMOUFLAGES
HE REALISES THE DOOMS DAY
ONCE AGAIN, INCHING TO CURSE HIM

LOST IN TIME, LOST IN SPACE
DROWNING IN BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH
HIS SOUL FREEZES TURNING TO SHADOWS
AS NIGHT FALLS ON HIM, BEFORE TIME
HE KEEPS ON STARING INTO THE SUN.
