And then I...

And then I ran
like a roaring river
cruising my way
stumbling through the stones

And then I float
like my flimsy paperboats
across the rain waters
riding the ripples

And then I scream
like the divison bells
spreading far and wide
within a split second

And then I dive
deep into the silence
spiralling in the loops
of my wondering mind

Is sorrow always beautiful?
Or is it some trickery to make us gullible?
I don't know, I don't know

Is love always painful?
Is death always dreadful?
I don't know, I don't know
Why does it choose our anxiety to grow?
